Mentors for cyber-security workshops(training) programme are experienced in the industry and have experience ranging from network security, offensive security, defensive security, and has participated in bug bounty programme too. They also have worked as a consultant and has helped various clients secure their system. Experience with cyber-security consulting along with experience working full-time in a company as well as previous teaching experience, mentors has exposure on variety of scenarios in the domain which makes them an eligible candidate to become a teacher/mentor.
